Raegan helps her students not only master the fundamentals of piano and vocal music but also discover how to make music a personal and creative outlet. By connecting music to what students enjoy and relate to, she makes learning fun, exciting, and inspiring—encouraging them to explore new and diverse pieces.
Her teaching journey began back in high school in Bozeman, Montana, when she taught a couple of young students. After a break, she resumed teaching piano in Lacey in 2010 and later added vocal coaching to her offerings. Today, Raegan teaches in her welcoming in-home studio, working with 23 students ranging from kindergartners to adults.
Raegan works hard to meet each student where they’re at—supporting their individual pace and learning style—while also encouraging them to take on challenges that help them grow. She uses off-the-bench activities to strengthen theory and technique concepts in an engaging and hands-on way.
Her ultimate goal is to guide students toward a lifelong passion for making music. 🎶

Raegan's Music Studio is located at 5917 Cherokee Loop SE in Lacey, WA. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. PLEASE NOTE: the Stevens family has an indoor/outdoor cat, 2 large but friendly dogs, and an outdoor bunny.
